Who we are

goGENIUS provides higher education admissions counseling and test-prep coaching from Santacruz, Mumbai. This policy explains what we collect on gogenius.co and what we do with it. You can reach us at info@gogenius.co.

What we collect

Only what you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in and your message, along with the page you sent it from. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to arrange a callback, demo class or counseling session, and to send you information about the service you asked about. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Cookies and analytics

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. If you accept the cookie notice, we load Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful; it sets cookies and collects anonymised usage data under Google's privacy policy. You can decline from the notice, change your mind by clearing your browser's site data, and the site works fully either way.

Google reviews

The testimonials shown on this site are public reviews from our Google Business Profile, displayed with the reviewer's public name. Reviews can be edited or removed on Google at any time by their authors.

Sharing

Your contact form message is delivered to us by an email delivery provider acting on our instructions. Beyond that, we share your details with a third party only where it is needed to deliver the service you asked for (for example a university application portal you have asked us to help with) or where the law requires it.

Keeping your data

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to support your admissions journey, and then delete them.

Your choices

Write to info@gogenius.co to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable time in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
